Laptop fan stuck at full speed? Here's the fix

Fix 1: Check Power Settings (30 seconds)
Most of the time, it's not a hardware problem. It's your laptop set to "High Performance" or "Balanced" mode. These modes tell the fan to run faster to keep things cool. The real fix is switching to a quieter profile.
- Click on the battery icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen (system tray).
- If you see a slider or a menu, slide it to "Better Battery" or "Power Saver."
- After changing it, wait 5-10 seconds. The fan should slow down or stop.
